We have been in construction business for over 30 years

For over 30 years, we as NCC being a parent company are in construction business. NCC has delivered many projects for Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar, Motherhood University in Roorkee, Residential flats in Devprayag, Roads, Bridges, Hospitals and Commercial buildings in Uttarakhand. Through the decades, we have honed our skills, embraced innovative technologies, and adapted to ever-evolving industry standards. In year 2021 we have started our real estate business under the umbrella of NIPL . NIPL named the real estate projects with Alice. Currently working on 4 projects and out of which one projects is delivered. Alice is working only on the premium projects in Uttarakhand which differs it from other developers .
